Searching dedicated server - 2-3TB bandwith

Server specs are not much of importance. I'd prefer to have 80 GB or larger HDD. Location is not important as long as it is in Europe, preferably in Germany.

Example:

Processor 2GHz (or even less)
512Mb - 1GB RAM
Bandwith: 2TB or unmetered
HDD: 80 GB - 250 GB (or more)
Connection: 100Mbit (or if nice offer 10Mbit is sufficient)

I'm looking for low cost server, so I am flexible with the server specs. Server can be managed or unmanaged. I'd prefer Debian or Windows OS, but willing to accept any other. My budget is around 50 euros monthly, but I am flexible to go higher if good offer. I'd prefer customer service in English.
